Indy Winter Farmers Market Vendor Profile: Bridgeton Mill

Every week during the Indy Winter Farmers Market season, we'll be profiling one of our local vendors! You can find the full list of IWFM vendors and past profiles here.

Bridgeton Mill, fifth year at the market
Established in 1823, we are the 14th owners of the oldest continually operating mill in the Midwest, producing more than 20 fresh, stone-ground products -- five kinds of flour, 11 kinds of cornmeal, pancake mixes, cornbread mixes and many more.

Most popular item?
Our biggest seller is our pancake mixes, and we have several kinds.

Why should people shop at the IWFM?
IWFM has fresh healthy products. I like to call it "real food."

What do you buy at the IWFM?
I always buy fresh vegetables, cheese, bread and/or something unusual when I am there.
